Responsive blade-jigging rods
Developed for blade jigging, primarily for Spanish mackerel and also yellowtail and red sea bream, using mainly 30-80g jigs at very high retrieve speeds. The effective length ahead of the reel seat supports casting from varied boat positions, while a short rear grip reduces interference around the body without crowding the pulling hand. Larger tip-side guides improve leader-knot passage. A mainly medium-modulus blank with selected high-modulus material combines suppleness with counter-hooksetting and fighting power, supporting stable retrieves and reducing losses when line tension changes.
