The punched holes prevent water from accumulating inside, allowing you to comfortably enjoy wet fishing and wet wading in the summer. 3. Wear lash guards or quick-drying pants such as river tights or SP fishing pants, wet gaugers, and WD shoes. 5. Summer fishing. It's a 50-50 split between those who wear it and those who don't.
