Two-way use as a hood or neck warmer.
STORMFLEECE combines a durable, water-repellent woven outer face with a warm brushed interior and resists fiber shedding during washing. The hood fits over a cap. Separate adjusters customize the hood and neck fit. An extended lower section reduces gaps at the jacket to retain warm air.
