A spoon developed by Rob Lure and Trout Spoons Lab.
Developed jointly by Ryo Shirai of Rob Lure and Toru Akiyama of Trout Spoons Lab, S-Plug bridges spoon and plug fishing. It is designed for freshly stocked trout and the next phase of fishing after stocking. Plugs can be slower to fish efficiently when trout are highly active, so this spoon was developed to approach those fish directly. It induces a sliding action, and the angler can change its swimming action by adjusting the rod angle.
