Returns

Return eligibility depends on the items in your order.

Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging or as otherwise indicated in the return instructions. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.

You may request a return within 14 days after your item is delivered.

You are responsible for arranging return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to start a return

Whether return or cancellation requests are accepted depends on the terms above and your rights under applicable law.

If your return is approved, we will provide you instructions on how and where to send your package to complete your return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return, as stated in the return terms above or on the product listing, website, or in-store at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

European Union returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer in the European Union and purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods for any reason, unless an exemption applies.

After you notify us that you wish to cancel, you must return the goods within 14 days.

We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days after we are informed of your cancellation, but we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or receive evidence that you have sent them back.

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the product price and the cost of standard delivery, if you paid for delivery. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid for express or premium delivery beyond the cost of standard delivery.

United Kingdom returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom and purchase goods online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, unless an exemption applies.

After you tell us you wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.

We will refund eligible cancelled orders within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or receive evidence that you have sent them back.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method, unless otherwise stated. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process and post the refund.

If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time since your refund was approved, contact us.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights that may apply if goods are defective, not as described, not delivered within the required or agreed timeframe, or otherwise do not comply with applicable law.

Order Cancellations Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible at info@f-minami.com.

For voluntary cancellations not covered by a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the order amount, excluding MINAMI ArrivalPlus Service charges, may apply depending on costs already incurred. These may include payment processing fees and costs associated with preparing or procuring the ordered products. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details.

If your entire order is cancelled before shipment, all MINAMI ArrivalPlus Service charges, including the fixed service fee, will be refunded in full. No cancellation fee or other costs will be deducted from those service charges.

Partial cancellations are reviewed individually, and any adjustments to ArrivalPlus charges are handled under the ArrivalPlus Service Terms.

Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

MINAMI ArrivalPlus Service Refunds

MINAMI ArrivalPlus Service charges are handled separately from product prices and shipping charges.

If duty-paid shipping becomes unavailable before your order is dispatched, we will contact you before shipping. You may choose standard shipping with a full refund of all ArrivalPlus charges, or cancel the entire order for a full refund of all payments, including products, shipping, and service charges. We will explain any import costs payable under standard shipping and will not dispatch the order until you confirm your choice.

After shipment, ArrivalPlus charges are generally non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. Refunds relating to incorrect, defective, or damaged products, partial returns, and replacement shipments are handled according to the applicable service terms and consumer protection laws.

Refusal to Pay Import Charges

For orders without MINAMI ArrivalPlus Service, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and other applicable import-related charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused because the recipient does not pay import charges for which they are responsible, the shipment may be returned, abandoned, or disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations. Return shipping, storage, customs, disposal, or other related costs incurred by MINAMI may be deducted from any available refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

For orders with ArrivalPlus, MINAMI is responsible for the import costs covered by the service terms. If a carrier or customs broker incorrectly requests payment for a covered charge, please contact us promptly. Declining such an incorrect payment request does not, by itself, invalidate your ArrivalPlus coverage or make you responsible for the covered charge.

Shipping-Related Refunds and Claims

If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend checking the delivery location and contacting the shipping carrier to request an investigation.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly. For shipping damage, retain the product, original packaging, shipping labels, and any related materials. Please provide clear photographs to assist with the investigation.

Depending on the circumstances, a refund or replacement may be available. We may coordinate an investigation with the shipping carrier, and your cooperation may be required. Any resolution will take into account the circumstances, applicable shipping procedures, and your rights under applicable law.
