Adjust branch length freely to suit the conditions.
Branch length can be changed on the water to match current and squid activity. The Multi version also converts between metal-squid-jig rigs and omorig. The Omorig version uses Japanese No. 6 fluorocarbon for sensitivity and reduced tangling, with tubing for additional tangle prevention. Compress the braided adjustment section to slide it, then spread it to lock. Short branches suit slow current and active squid; longer branches suit fast current, inactive squid and omorig. For Multi, suggested branch lengths are 3–8cm for the former and 10–30cm for the latter. Fit the dropper or egi to the branch snap and the sinker or lead squid jig to the snap swivel.
