Bait retention, bottom stability and easy inhalation in one hook.
The shape and weight are tuned for easy inhalation while keeping the hook stable on the bottom. Japanese sizes 4–6 prioritize inhalation and transmit gentle bites clearly to the float. Sizes 7–10 use slightly thicker wire for larger hera. A square shank retains bait and resists deformation, while clean bait release on the strike helps avoid drawing fish upward. Hard A1 material provides strength and durable points.
