Developed through three years of fishing tests for balanced performance. The inward-facing point penetrates well and tends to engage near the mouth rather than be swallowed during strong inhalation. Flattening only the bend curve improves bait retention without sacrificing strength. Versatile, but especially effective with hookbaits used on the lower hook in winter paired rigs. V-Head construction improves knot strength.
