Developed for the handheld striped-beakfish style widely used in Kyushu, DIOGUTSO uses a slim, thick-walled blank. Strategically distributed medium- to high-modulus carbon near the butt and high-strength carbon toward the tip reduce weight while balancing stiffness and resilience. This supports comfortable, accurate rig control when searching along rock walls throughout the day. The tip is designed to do more than simply bend easily: it limits slack in strong currents and helps the angler sense the sinker's contact with walls and the seabed while still encouraging fish to take the bait.
