MASTERMODEL2 Kuchibuto pursues an exceptionally resilient, deep-bending action through a very slim blank. The tip and second section retain some stiffness; the third section through the butt are especially slim and flexible. At light loads it remains responsive, while a heavy load brings a whip-like bend that absorbs powerful runs and makes effective use of line strength. PCS restrains twisting, and TORAYCA T1100G limits sag while allowing a slender, resilient design with precise handling. Screw reel seats secure the reel, with rubber-covered contact areas providing a firm grip. A light-blue finish inspired by clear seawater combines with carefully considered functional and decorative details. Includes an interchangeable balancing-weight butt cap.
