DOHRA retains the strength required to stop a grouper heading for cover while giving special attention to a supple tip that encourages a natural take. Thick-walled sections provide progressively greater power as the bend moves down the rod. Carefully designed tapers transfer the load smoothly from the sensitive tip to the butt, allowing the rod to follow a run before controlling and lifting the fish. A simple black-and-carbon finish reflects the practical, robust design. It is intended to retain smaller grouper while providing the power needed for fish over 20kg and powerful pelagic targets such as amberjack. Includes a rod bag.
