Four heavy-wire barbless half-crown hooks hold large octopus while reducing missed smaller ones. The hook attachment has a tested tensile strength over 30kg when pulled directly between the front ring and hook bend. The original body contains a rattle, with a blade-attachment ring beneath the hooks. A strong-glow tail adds attraction, and a tail-up underwater balance helps reduce snagging.
