Hook size decreases from top to bottom for efficient engagement. HM uses penetration-focused Hooking Master hooks for jaw hooking and both active and loading hooksets. FM uses curved Fine Master points to engage the lips as the fish turns. BL uses barbless Type F hooks for multiple lip contacts. HM+BL combines jaw engagement with Hooking Master and secondary lip contacts from barbless hooks during the fight.
