Clamp, wrap and thread for a quick braid-to-leader connection.
Achieves stated connection-strength retention of over 90% at maximum, comparable with complex knots. Suitable for PE #0.1–2 and easy to connect in wind or darkness. S suits light game and eging; M suits hairtail, sea bass and tai rubber; L suits octopus and pelagic fish. Insert braid between the shafts, wrap the doubled line about ten times under tension and pass through the eye. Do not reel the jointer through the rod tip: it may damage the guide. Do not use where a long leader must pass through the guides.
