Quick Setting Slit construction and lateral grooves create supple movement. It drifts smoothly and produces fine movement when swimming. The flat tail controls posture: under tension it slows the fall while remaining near-horizontal, while a free fall becomes more vertical. Cut at the narrowed section for an approximately 1.4-inch tail bait. The slit simplifies straight rigging, helps the bait fold during inhalation and exposes the hook as the body slides forward.
